White Sand Bar (Camiguin)

Since Camiguin has four stratovolcanos, you would expect the beaches to be ultra dark. Yes, my expectation was met. However, around 500 meters away was a small white sand bar. It was like a random landform lifted amidst the dark beach. It was also surprising that the water around it was really clear that you can see the “bed”.

This was my favorite part of the whole Camiguin trip. We had tons of smiles upon reaching the place. Though it was not as sunny as we wanted the weather to be, I guess our faces surely lit up the whole place.
