Stress and team handling

In everything that we do, we encounter differences. But much of the time, we get uncomfortable with these difference because we tend to stay in our comfort zone enjoying the feeling of haven. It is a challenge to every person to see those differences as a building block not as a hindrance. The moment you look at it as a hindrance is the time that you would know that you are becoming lesser than who you think you are.

In a team, we handle differences. And the differences of each other become the building block of the team as long as the people are willing to be part of the team. But when one fails, the team could fall apart.

Like Reverie said, “You’re only as good as your weakest member.” So it has become a challenge for every member to be strong and cooperative.
